Standard Honeycomb Core - Rigid and impact resistant. 1'' honeycomb cell paper construction. R factor: 2.4 STC 20 in 20 gauge material. Flat or 6 panel surface.

Inner Core Construction:
Polyurethane Core - 1-3/4'' polyurethane composite construction. All reinforcing boxes contain polyurethane. Excellent insulatin characteristics. R factor: 12.0 STC 26 in 20 gauge material.

Inner Core Construction:
Steel-Stiffened Core - 20 gauge vertical steel stiffeners at 6'' centres. Fibreglass insulation provides excellent sound-deadening. Door edges can be tack-welded, filled and ground smooth.

Polystyrene Core - 1-3/4'' polystyrene composite construction. All reinforcing boxes contain polystyrene. R factor: 7.0. STC 26 in 20 gauge material.

Temperature-Rise Core - Solid Mineral-fibre core slab provides maximum protection up to 250 degrees Celsius. Exceeds current NFPA-80 recommendations. Ideal for stairwells and installations adjacent to fire-walls.
