Prefinished Metal Frames

Prefinished metal frames are a nice alternative on any project. Having a system that will work with any wall thickness, prefinished frames look their best in offices, dormitories, multi-family units, assisted living facilities, hotels/motels and mixed-use buildings. Our Rediframe line even comes with three casing options to complete the look of your opening.

Impact Traffic Doors
Impact traffic doors are known for their ruggedness and ease of maintenance, and they are quite long lasting. Mode of polyethylene, these doors can be used in areas of high traffic, refrigeration, USDA and wash-down applications. These doors are lightweight and very smooth, allowing any equipment to pass through them unharmed and damage free.

Cooler Doors
Cooler doors and freezer doors are designed to keep the cold in and the product fresh. Coming in swinging, sliding or vertical lifting models, there is a right door for every cold storage situation. Containing an R value up to 48, these doors are easy to operate and will last for a long period of time.

Stainless Steel Doors
Stainless steel doors have a look that stands at the top of the hollow metal world. Stainless steel doors also serve the purpose of being corrosion resistant. Available with fire ratings in singles or pairs, we can even offer mirror, milled or satin finishes.

Bullet Resistant Doors
Bullet resistant doors and frames are manufactured to keep whatever is beyond them safe and secure. These doors can also have resistant glazing while keeping the look of a standard hollow metal door and frame.

Lead Lined
Lead lined doors are commonly requested for health clinics and hospitals for their protection against radiation in MRI, CAT scan or X-ray rooms. Again, with similar looks and function to hollow metal doors, these doors can also be fire-rated. They are readily available to be made with varying lead thicknesses of 1/64” to 1”.

Blast Resistant
Blast resistant doors are capable of protecting anything behind while keeping the look and function of your standard hollow metal door. There is also an option for glazing and fire-rating these doors while still meeting the safety regulations put forth by the end user.

Oversized Doors
Oversized doors are classified as doors that exceed 4’ in width or 10’ in height. They are manufactured with a structural steel door core to ensure a zero tolerance for warping and other gravity imposed defects.
